In this webinar, Cristo will open a space for participants to reflect on the experience of Straddling Two Worlds—the world of human society and the world of Spirit. Lightworkers are placed in this unique position, called to engage both realms simultaneously–which is not an experience of those who only engage in the world of human society. Yet this dual participation frequently comes at a great cost: progress in one sphere generally demands significant sacrifice in the other.
Cristo will explore the concept of mammon (money) as a symbol of humanity’s collective systems of commerce and activity on this planet—what he terms the efflux of human evolution. He will then examine how mammon intersects with the spiritual path, given that the efflux of human evolution is inescapable. To conclude, Cristo will turn to the lives of saints in the West and gurus in the East, offering insight into how they navigated these two worlds—and why they ultimately chose one over the other.
